A New Twist to Staging – Oliver’s Twist
In today’s economy, new ideas are needed to keep up with the marketplace. Artful Lodgings has launched a spin-off from our premier Staging service called “Oliver’s – A New Twist to Staging.” This has been born out of the current economy’s stronger-than-ever need for professional Staging, but at lower costs. Oliver’s Twist Stagings will still be held to the professional standards that you appreciate and have come to expect from Artful Lodgings. For this unit the Stagings are pared down and are more like a template than the fully realized Artful Lodging’s Stagings for which we are so well known and respected.
Oliver’s can Stage your project at whatever level you – and your budget – choose.
Artful Dodger Special – We don’t “pick your pocket.” The Staging Fee is $750.00 to $900.00 (plus tax). This includes the first month’s rental and the de-Staging. If requested, additional monthly rentals will be from $300.00 – $500.00 plus tax.
The Artful Dodger Special is available in the central Seattle area only.

Oliver’s Special includes more accessories and higher end furnishings. The Staging Fee range from $1000.00* – $1200.00 plus tax. This includes the the first month’s rental and the de-Staging. If requested, additional monthly rentals will be $500.00*- $700.00*
Oliver’s Special is available in Seattle, West Seattle, Mercer Island and other adjacent locales.
