Realtors and Sellers,
In this Halloween season, don’t let the spectre of falling market prices spook you.
In this market, without Staging, your property doesn’t have a ghost of a chance to scare the competition.
We don’t want your house to be haunted; we want it to be wanted by potential buyers. Don’t give them a fright!
We don’t trick potential buyers; we treat them to the sight of the best that your property can be.
Witch is it going to be? A Staged home or a chilling price reduction?
Artful Lodgings can bring the magic of Staging to your property to make potential buyers scream with delight.

Staging can be a joyous undertaking.
When you find the exact match for the perfect accessory.
When the new landscaping rushes into bloom just in time for the first Open House.
When the only duvet that fits turns out to be perfect for the room.
When the Realtor calls you at the last minute and you can fit her project into your schedule.
When the Seller is amazed at the transformation.
When, after you’ve finished and are about to leave, you stop and listen and hear the house take a breath.

Just Staged a beautiful 1904 Gambrel-roofed Dutch Colonial-style Craftsman home – classic, stately and homey all at once. Artful Lodgings Staged it to a particular demographic – its closeness to Group Health and the University make it particularly suitable for a professional or academic family. Here’s an example of classic yet comfortable, the parlor/library.

Staging a small condo at 1111 was an exercise in both encountering a friend and applying newly-learned experiences. This unit, again, had the beautiful sliding wood doors that have been the architect’s signature. What it didn’t have was any kind of a view. It sits smack next to a blank wall – one of the effects of the overbuilding of Capitol Hill in the last year. What we did was add greenery on the mini balcony, then make the interior as interesting as possible so potential buyers could picture themselves enjoying domestic pleasures instead.
See what you think.
